春色

The Color of the Spring

红，灼灼漠中，唤染春艳容。 
Red from the desert, with its fiery radiance,
Makes the Spring's magnificent face.

黄，灵心漪漾，撩醒万华芳。
Yellow of the daffodils, with its tender heart,
Caresses to wake up thousands of blossoms.

橙，漫漫音尘，婉语柔轻风。
Orange, with its voice fainted by the dust,
Whispers to turn the mighty wind into soft breeze.
 

绿，凝翠滴玉，艳惊群芳妒。
Green in the stone, with its jade－like vibrance,
Stirs up envy among surprised fellow flowers.
 

青，呢喃轻轻，曵尽前生情。

Indigo, with its subdued motion in tune,
Dances to the love theme from its prelife romance.

蓝，勿忘我颜，郁光映寂然。

Blue in the shade, with its mood of Forget-Me-Not,
Mourns the passage of the by-gone era in silence.
 

紫，幽忆行止，迷惘梦呓时。

Purple, with its lost memory of the distant past,
Wonders in the dream of its fantasized existence.
